He received his B.S. in Human Performance and Sport – Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. Jeff is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
He has experience in training NFL and other professional athletes, youth and collegiate athletes, as well as collaborating with physical therapists to rehab those with sport or other physical related injuries. Jeff has also competed in and coached athletes for NPC bodybuilding competitions. He specializes in functional training, Olympic weightlifting, sports specific training, and correcting biomechanics. He also heavily focuses on coaching nutrition to excel those towards their goals.
His true passion lies in human performance and movement. Having grown up overweight and playing sports, Jeff believes it is important to achieve your “ideal you” using functional training. Long lasting success and a fit and healthy lifestyle is achieved by looking the part, while being able to perform the part. He believes there is no greater feeling than helping someone start their journey from the ground up without ever hitting a ceiling.
With his experience, Jeff believes working on the foundational movements, fixing nutritional habits, and getting a solid customized program in place is the key to success for anyone looking to improve their performance, strength, muscle gains, and/or weight loss.
