After graduation, Wyatt moved to Denver in March of 2014 which is when he started personal training. Outside of training Wyatt is an avid climber and hiker – He moved to Colorado to get lost in the mountains.
Wyatt’s main focus is on helping the client create a positive lifestyle change. Physical activity, nutrition, stress management and consistency are the cornerstones of his programming. He believes if he can help people achieve balance in these areas then results are guaranteed.
Wyatt has helped clients with weight loss, increasing their strength, ski and bike conditioning and performance, training for sporting events such as marathons and Tough Mudders. Many of his clients were brand new to exercise or fitness who he helped become confident and self-sufficient in a gym setting. Wyatt also specializes in a muscle therapy called Muscle Activation Techniques (or MAT) that not only helps people rehab from injuries and pain, but also helps prevent injuries from happening.
